The Stylist Specialist is responsible to style mannequins in windows and podiums according to the current trends and concepts aiming to create a unique shopping atmosphere and to increase the sales turnover.
• Style and dress mannequins on podiums, windows, focal points, and shop-in-shop in line with brand guidelines and seasonal trends
• Coordinate the positioning and layout of mannequins to complement the project theme and artistic background
• Develop creative and visually appealing styling concepts to enhance the customer experience and drive store sales
• Accurately generate seasonal trend reports and present findings to the Direct Manager for review and feedback
• Ensure the styling aligns with display layouts to maintain visual consistency and uphold brand standards • Introduce innovative ideas for window concept designs aiming to attract customer attention and increase sales turnover
• Recommend new props and initiatives that align with current themes and enhance the visual merchandising strategy
• Communicate the new collections and seasonal trends, including Christmas themes to the Visual Merchandising team
• Participate in the development of trend materials and deliver training sessions to promote styling knowledge and brand awareness
• Foster strong collaboration and solid relationship with the Retail Visual team for alignment, consistency and successful initiatives and results
• Initiate styling focal points through creating themed point of sale including various products merchandised that reflect the customer lifestyle and encourage purchasing.
Internal Stakeholder:
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on the implementation of several events securing a timely and safe flow of activities
• Establish solid relationship with the sales team and ensure constant coordination for successful initiatives and results Others
• Ensure compliance with authority matrix, code of conduct and ABC policies and procedures
• Remain up-to-date with the latest development and best practices in the field of fashion and trends

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or any other related field
Certificates Fashion related studies
Knowledge and Experience:
4 years of relative experience
